Delete my account
You can delete your Truck Trailer Deals account and your information at any time. It's free.
In the app or on the website
- iPhone or Android app: open Truck Trailer Deals → Account → Delete my account → Delete my account.
- Website: sign in, open Account → Delete my account → Delete my account. A buyer account is deleted right away.
- Sellers and dealers: use the form below or email privacy@trucktrailerdeals.com, so we can take down your listings and close your seller account together.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in account, email, name and phone number.
- Your saved trucks, saved searches, dealers you follow and your alert settings.
- The messages you sent to sellers. A copy a seller already got by email stays in that seller's own inbox.
- For sellers: your listings and photos come down, your team's access ends, and we stop our calls, texts and emails to you. A dealer page made from public business facts is hidden if you ask.
What we keep (because the law asks us to)
- Text consent records and STOP / unsubscribe lists (5 years): so we can prove consent and make sure we never text, email or call you again.
- Billing and tax records for sellers who paid us (7 years).
- A record of your request (the date and the email or phone you gave) for 24 months.
- Totals of searches and taps, which never had your name, email or phone in them.
How long it takes
A buyer who deletes from Account on the website: right away. A request from the app, this form or email: we finish within 30 days, usually much sooner. For a request made without signing in, we first email or call you to make sure it really came from you. Copies in our backups are replaced within 30 days.
