The short version
- You can search, call and text dealers without an account.
- When you message a dealer, that dealer gets your name, phone and message, and nobody else.
- We never sell your information.
- Texts from us need your OK; reply STOP to any text to stop them all.
- You can delete your account any time from Account.
What we collect
Buyers: what you search and save, and, if you sign in or message a dealer, your name, phone and email. Dealers: business details, listings, photos, team members and billing details (cards are held by Stripe, not by us). Everyone: basic device and usage information to keep the site working and safe.
Your location
We use the city or ZIP you type, or your approximate location if you allow it, to show listings and dealers near you. We don't track where you go.
Who sees it
A dealer sees your details only when you call, text or message that dealer. Service providers that run the site for us (hosting, texting, email, payments, error tracking) process data only to do that job.
Text messages
We text you only after you agree: codes to sign in, replies about listings you asked about, alerts for saved searches, and at most 2 offers a month. Reply STOP to stop, START to start again. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
Your account information is kept while your account is open. Messages to dealers are kept for 2 years so you and the dealer can refer back to them. After you delete your account we remove your information within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices and California rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your information. California residents can also ask what we collected and opt out of any sale or sharing; we don't sell or share it for advertising.
Terms of use
Dealers are responsible for their listings being accurate and legal. We check dealers and listings but don't inspect units or take part in the sale. Don't post scams, misleading prices or someone else's photos. We can remove listings or accounts that break these rules.
